Amber Cove Cottage’s open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area gives everyone space to spend time together. Prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen, gather around the dining table, or settle into the comfortable seating for a movie on the large-screen TV. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, accommodating six guests in private bedrooms. Two foldout couches in the shared living room provide additional sleeping options, for a maximum of eight guests total. The home has two full bathrooms.

Please keep outdoor noise and music at a respectful level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Kitchen & Cleanup Please enjoy the well-stocked kitchen! Before checkout, wash or load used dishes into the dishwasher, wipe up spills, and place trash in the designated bins. There is no need to deep-clean—we simply ask that you leave the home reasonably tidy. Parking Please use the garage and driveway whenever possible, and avoid blocking sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or mailboxes. Only registered guests should park at the property. Caring for the Home Please treat the home, furnishings, and linens with care. Let us know promptly if anything is damaged, broken, or not working properly so we can help. Please do not move large furniture, and make sure doors and windows are locked whenever you leave. Pets & Smoking Pets are not permitted. Please follow Airbnb’s service-animal requirements. Smoking and vaping, including tobacco and cannabis, are not permitted anywhere on the property. If smoking results in damage or requires additional cleaning or professional odor removal, we may request reimbursement for reasonable, documented costs through the booking platform’s resolution process. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, with a dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms. Cell service is spotty and we recommend enabling WiFi calling on your cell phone. Garage parking accommodates 2 vehicles with another 2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is more limited. The kitchen includes a Keurig, and we provide pods, sweetners, and creamers. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, with laundry supplies provided. The compact back patio has a fire pit and seating for 4. Children’s books and toys and children’s dinnerware are provided. A Pack ’n Play and changing table are available upon request, subject to availability. Please request these before booking so we can confirm availability for your stay. Extra linens, pillows, and blankets for the living-room sofa beds are stored in the master closet.
