Quiet Neighborhood Amber Cove Cottage is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Please keep outdoor noise and music at a respectful level, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Kitchen & Cleanup Please enjoy the well-stocked kitchen! Before checkout, wash or load used dishes into the dishwasher, wipe up spills, and place trash in the designated bins. There is no need to deep-clean—we simply ask that you leave the home reasonably tidy. Parking Please use the garage and driveway whenever possible, and avoid blocking sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or mailboxes. Only registered guests should park at the property. Caring for the Home Please treat the home, furnishings, and linens with care. Let us know promptly if anything is damaged, broken, or not working properly so we can help.
