Four bedrooms accommodate eight guests in standard beds: a primary suite with a king-size bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub, two queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with two twin beds. A foldout sofa in the primary suite is best suited to one adult or two children sharing that room. A queen-size air mattress and three couches provide flexible sleeping options. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Guests & Visitors Daytime visitors require prior permission. Please contact us before booking if your group exceeds the listed overnight capacity so we can discuss whether the home can accommodate your needs. Pool & Hot Tub Please supervise children closely around the water at all times. There is no separate fence or gate between the patio and pool. No diving or glass in the pool and hot-tub areas. Pool towels are provided; please use these outdoors rather than bathroom towels. Hot-tub heating is included. Pool heating requires advance arrangements and a separate fee. Please do not change pool equipment settings; contact us if you need assistance. Kitchen & Grill Please enjoy the kitchen and outdoor grill! Before checkout, wash or load used dishes into the dishwasher, wipe up spills, and place trash in the designated bins. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and leaving it ready for the next guest. Make sure the grill is turned off when finished. Parking The driveway accommodates three vehicles, with some additional street parking available. Please avoid blocking sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or mailboxes. The garage is reserved for host use. Pets & Smoking Pets are not permitted. Please follow Airbnb’s service-animal requirements. Smoking and vaping, including tobacco and cannabis, are not permitted anywhere on the property. If smoking results in damage or requires additional cleaning or professional odor removal, we may request reimbursement for reasonable, documented costs through the booking platform’s resolution process. Caring for the Home Please treat the home, furnishings, game equipment, and linens with care. Let us know promptly if anything is damaged, broken, or not working properly so we can help. Please do not move large furniture, and lock doors and windows whenever you leave. Before Checkout Please leave used beds unmade so our cleaners know which beds need changing. The private pool and hot tub are available year-round, and pool towels are provided. Hot-tub heating is included; please observe quiet hours when enjoying the outdoor areas. Families should note that there is no separate fence or gate between the patio and pool. Self-closing sliding doors open onto the patio, and a child-safety alarm is provided. Both use Roku Guest Mode, allowing you to sign in to streaming apps with your own accounts for your stay. Streaming subscriptions are not included. When signing in, select your departure date so your accounts are automatically signed out when your stay ends.
